At Xelthmex Dhramex, we believe education should be accessible and risk-free when it comes to quality concerns. Our refund policy balances student protection with program integrity, ensuring you can pursue AR and VR game development learning with confidence.

1 Eligibility Requirements

Refund requests must meet specific criteria to ensure fairness for all students and maintain program quality. You may be eligible for a refund if you haven't accessed more than 25% of course materials or if technical issues prevent course completion.

Students withdrawing due to medical emergencies or unexpected life circumstances may qualify for partial refunds with proper documentation. Each situation gets individual review to find the most appropriate solution.

  • Course completion must be less than 25%
  • Request submitted within specified timeframe
  • Valid reason for withdrawal provided
  • All borrowed materials returned

2 Refund Timeframes

Different refund percentages apply based on when you request withdrawal from your program. Early withdrawal allows for higher refund amounts, while later requests receive proportional refunds.

  • First 14 days: 90% refund available
  • 15-30 days: 70% refund available
  • 31-60 days: 50% refund available
  • After 60 days: Case-by-case review

3 Non-Refundable Items

Certain fees and services cannot be refunded once provided, as they represent immediate costs or completed services. This includes application processing and one-on-one mentoring sessions already completed.

  • Application and enrollment processing fees
  • Completed individual mentoring sessions
  • Third-party software licenses already activated
  • Hardware or equipment shipped to students

4 Special Circumstances

We understand that life brings unexpected challenges. Students facing serious medical issues, family emergencies, or military deployment may qualify for extended consideration beyond standard timeframes.

Technical problems on our end that prevent course access will result in full refunds or course credits, depending on your preference. We take responsibility for platform issues that impact your learning experience.

Step-by-Step Refund Process

Email your refund request to support@xelthmexdhramex.com with your enrollment details and reason for withdrawal. Include any supporting documentation for special circumstances.

Our team reviews your request within 5 business days, checking eligibility criteria and calculating applicable refund amount based on completion status and timeframe.

You'll receive written notification of our decision via email, including refund amount details and next steps if approved, or explanation if request cannot be processed.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days back to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Important Processing Information

All refund requests require written submission and cannot be processed through phone calls alone. Processing times may extend during peak enrollment periods in September and January. International students should expect longer processing times due to additional verification requirements.
